Cucumber Lime Martini

Cucumber Lime Martini

I am a Martini type of gal. I am drawn to the elegance of the glass, the sultry sipping, and the allure of how a simple drink can look so dolled up. The sophistication of these gorgeous drinks is as intriguing as the flavor combinations that make them up! I mean, who would have ever thought drinking olive juice would be so genius? When I order or make a martini I’m not getting sugary or juiced ones. I am going for the pure, unadulterated tonics that ingeniously transport me to another place after one sip. My latest movie inspired treat is a Cucumber Lime Martini that is refreshing, cool, and will take you to a relaxing oasis in the blink of an eye.

‘Tomb Raider’ is out in theaters now, and Lara Croft is fierce, independent, and all over the place! She is solving puzzles, raiding tombs, being thrown from fiery wreckage. It’s too much! I get exhausted just thinking about it! She needs a good massage and this Cucumber Lime Martini! Don’t forget to check out my YouTube channel for the vlog on this post – YouTube Recipe VIDEO!

The Basics

This Cucumber Lime Martini is fresh, cool, and invigorating. It is exactly what you need after finding your way out of the jungle, or maybe just a long day of banking, golfing, you get the idea! We are going to use vodka for this, however, gin would work just as well. Until I created this gorgeous green elixer, my drink of choice was always a Dirty Martini. So I used the combination of Dry Vermouth and Vodka. You will be using a few thick slices of peeled cucumbers, fresh lime juice, and ice. Sound easy enough? Then let’s mix!
