These cream cheese stuffed bagel bites have a dough with only 4 ingredients and they take minutes to make! No yeast or rise time or boiling required! These stuffed bagel bites are so easy and baked pull apart style into the shape of a football for the big game and your superbowl party food spread!
Stuffed Bagel Bites
These stuffed bagel bites are two bite bagels made with Greek yogurt and topped with everything bagel seasoning. What I love about these mini bagels is how you can pull them apart and freeze them in an airtight container or freezer bag and then heat them up as needed. These bagel bites are the perfect weekday morning breakfast, can go in lunch boxes, or enjoy as a snack.
You can change the toppings to make them sweet or savory with any flavors you like. Furthermore, swap out the cream cheese cubes for chunks of string cheese and serve with marinara sauce for pizza style stuffed bagels!

Cream cheese stuffed bagel bites
These cream cheese stuffed everything bagel bites are baked pull apart style and take only a few ingredients and less than 45 minutes to make!
Ingredients
- 3 3/4 C AP flour * start with 3.5 C and add tablespoon extra as needed for a smooth dough that you can work with.
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp fine sea salt
- 3 C plain Greek yogurt
- 12 ounces cream cheese cut into 36 cubes.
- 1 Egg for egg wash
- 1 teaspoon water for egg wash
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning for topping
Whipped cream cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon milk
Instructions
-
Add dry ingredients to a large bowl and mix before adding Greek yogurt. Mix until a dough forms. You can use your stand mixer for this too!
-
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
-
Then for even dough, use a 1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop and portion out. Flatten each piece of dough and add a chunk of cream cheese to middle. Fold over edges and roll into a ball.
-
Lay the mini bagel bites into a football shape. I draw an outline on parchment paper and then flip it over onto the baking sheet and use that as my guide.
-
Brush with an egg wash made of 1 egg plus 1 tsp water.
-
Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
-
Bake 25-28 minutes.
-
Cool for 30 minutes. Whip 4 ounces room temp cream cheese with 1 /2 tablespoon milk. Then put into piping bag to create the laces on top of the bagel football.
-
Serve with the leftover whipped cream cheese for dipping.
Recipe Notes
These bagel bites can be pulled apart and frozen in an airtight hot container or a freezer bag. Then take out bagel bites as you want and bake in 400 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. I do like to brush these with butter after baking for extra flavor and to revive them from being frozen.
