Sun Shake

This "Sun Shake" is the morning version of Moon Milk. It has the adaptogen, Maca, to boost energy, stamina, virility, and overall well being while also reducing stress and anxiety. This is vegan, filled with super foods like raw cacao, banana, almond butter agave, and ground flax seeds. 


  • 1 1/4 cups Almond Milk
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 large banana
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder or nibs for extra texture
  • 2 tablespoons raw maca powder
  • 2-3 teaspoons raw agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Swap out the almond milk for: oat milk, coconut milk, flax milk.

Feel free to leave out the agave. If you do not want a fully plant-based sun shake, you can use alternative sweeteners like honey. Use your sweetness level.
