Sweet, crunchy, and made with fresh snow, this snow cream takes under 5 minutes and 4 ingredients! This snow ice cream is a fun and sweet treat anytime a snow day hits!

Ingredients
- 8-10 cups fresh clean snow
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- snowflake sprinkles optional
Instructions

Collect CLEAN snow in a large mixing bowl.
Then in another bowl, whisk together the evaporated milk, powdered sugar, and extract.
Pour the mixture over the snow.
Then mix it up until it's incorporated.
Serve immediately.
