Mini crunchy chocolate chip cookies

These bite sized cookies are loaded with mini semi sweet chocolate chips and have a vanilla dough that baked up thick and crunchy! They are like a homemade version of packaged cookies that you’ll love to snack on!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line two baking sheets with parchment. Have a piping bag ready or use a 1 teaspoon measuring spoon.
  2. Use stand mixer fitted with whisk attachment to mix sugars and butter on medium speed for 5 minutes.
  3. Scrape bowl and add egg and vanilla. Mix for an additional 3 minutes.
  4. Sift or whisk together the remaining dry ingredients. Scrape bowl and turn to lowest speed before mixing in flour. And then add chocolate chips.
  5. Fill piping bag with dough. You'll have two trays of mini chocolate chip cookies, so you can refill the piping bag or have a second. Pipe out teaspoons worth of dough as shown, using Mini chocolate chip cookie recipe
  6. These cookies will make a delicious addition to your superbowl party food spread! And the recipe is easily doubled.

Recipe Notes

Chewy or crunchy, that’s the big question when making these tasty cookies! To make these cookies on the chewy, soft side, bake them for about 6 1/2/ to 7 minutes max. If you’d like them crunchy, bake 7 minutes on middle rack and then move to top rack of oven for about a minute. This will crunch them up.
