The Best Christmas Cocktail ever

This beautiful Christmas cocktail recipe is a combination of fresh muddled cranberries, juniper berry simple syrup, gin, and club soda. Garnished with rosemary sprigs and sugared cranberries, it's truly the best Christmas cocktail ever!

Servings 1 drink

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh cranberries
  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce juniper berry simple syrup
  • 1/3 cup ice
  • 4 ounces club soda
  • 1 whole rosemary sprig garnish
  • 1 lime peel garnish
  • 4 sugared cranberries for extra sparkle!

Instructions

  1. Put cranberries in a glass.

    Then muddle them until they have burst.

    Pour over your gin and juniper berry simple syrup. Give it a stir.

    Then add your club soda. 

    Garnish with rosemary, lime peel, and optional sugared cranberries.
