Black Negroni / Squid Ink Cocktail

A unique, dark, mysterious, and sexy drink that has the taste of a Negroni but it's black! The use of squid ink sets this cocktail apart and is perfect for Halloween!

Prep Time 5 minutes
Servings 1 drink

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1/2 ounce campari
  • 1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon squid ink
  • 1/2 teaspoon grenadine
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  1. Put all of the ingredients (except garnish) into a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for one minute to distribute the squid ink.

    Pour into a chilled martini glass.

    Garnish with an orange wedge.
